Important Bird Areas and globally threatened birds provide the framework for the Programme's interventions including institutional strengthening, civil society engagement, priority setting, advocacy, site and species protection and management, habitat restoration and monitoring.
Countries involved: Bahamas, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago  and the Lesser Antilles (including OTs of UK, France and Netherlands).
